About Ben Rugg
Ben is a licensed CPA in the State of Arkansas. He attended Hendrix College in Conway, AR and graduated with a BA and MA in Accounting in 2005 and 2006, respectively.
He began his career with Hudson, Cisne & Co. in Little Rock in 2006 where he specialized in individual income tax, and tax, auditing, and accounting for small businesses and agricultural entities.
In 2013 he joined Knapp, Craig & Rugg, P.A. where he expanded his client base and served them diligently through tax law changes, economic downturns, pandemics, and natural disasters. Ben continues to serve his clients as the primary CPA and owner of Rugg CPA PLLC.
Ben met his wife Megan at Hendrix and have been married since 2007. They live in Little Rock with their three sons Benjamin, William, and Alexander and their two cats Samson and Shadow. When he’s not carrying out his duties as a CPA, Ben can usually be found running around Little Rock, playing golf with either his friends or sons, or coaching one of his sons basketball teams.
Although Ben is originally from Texas and Megan is from Louisiana, they have fully embraced the Arkansas Razorback culture, and are avid Razorback football and basketball fans. They attend Pulaski Heights UMC and are also actively involved with the Fulbright Elementary and Pinnacle View Middle PTAs and the Hendrix College Alumni community.
